I had been looking for a hat for baseball and for canoe trips in particular because my regular hats would get huge sweat stains and through a ball season would start to smell, even after a wash. So far these hats have been great for my games and dog walks, and I’m about to take them for a spin in Algonquin. So far I love em! High quality, when the inside rim gets sweaty from activity you wouldn’t know on the outside.

I emailed them and didn’t get a response for about a month. They ask me to take a picture of the blue hats and they would sent me the right Color. They also apologized for taking so long to respond. Unfortunately I haven’t heard anything for a month. So quality of the hats are a five star,customer service not so great. Still waiting for my black hats that I ordered in January.

My order from June 8, 2026 never arrived (this is August 23, 2026). Courier returned to Sender due to box being damaged. Multiple emails sent to AGHeadwear to recify this situation have gone unanswered. $90+ CAD spent with no hats & no response from company. Customer Service has been extremely poor, very disappointed! No refund given, nor hats received. Buyers Beware!

Urban K. · Verified · December 3, 2025I bought both the Original Hat -Basic and the Lo-Pro Hat - Basic while on sale because I wasn’t sure which style I’d prefer. While both are extremely high quality, my personal preference is the Original by a landslide. It snaps comfortably with three snaps, and more snugly (but still comfortable) with four for those windy days. For me, the Lo-Pro is a little too loose with three snaps and just a liiiiittle uncomfortable with four. For my tastes, I also feel the Original has a more “grownup look” while Lo-Pro feels a lot more juvenile. Bottom line, though, is that the quality of both hats is WAY above average. I doubt you’ll be disappointed with the style you prefer.
