I only received 1 hat (grey) instead of 2. The black one was not in the box. Despite two emails sent to customer service in February, I have yet to hear from you. The grey hat is great; wish I would have received the black as per your BOGO promotion!

I bought both the Original Hat -Basic and the Lo-Pro Hat - Basic while on sale because I wasn’t sure which style I’d prefer. While both are extremely high quality, my personal preference is the Original by a landslide. It snaps comfortably with three snaps, and more snugly (but still comfortable) with four for those windy days. For me, the Lo-Pro is a little too loose with three snaps and just a liiiiittle uncomfortable with four. For my tastes, I also feel the Original has a more “grownup look” while Lo-Pro feels a lot more juvenile. Bottom line, though, is that the quality of both hats is WAY above average. I doubt you’ll be disappointed with the style you prefer.
Great hat! Love the low profile option. Only thing that could make it better would be to have a more adjustable option instead of the snapback...e.g. velcro or something.
I looked a very long time for a quality, black, low-crown cap. This AG cap is amazing. Better than what I expected. I will definitely order a second one. Sincerely, David

Went to Texas for three days in the heat. Was on a lake and pool all day and still looks like a new hat. Breaks in after a few days and the low pro is great for people who have a small dome

Would be a Five star if the maple leaf wasn’t peeling off a bit; great fit looks great just disappointing that the maple leaf isn’t fully sticking

High quality hat with a very classy simple maple leaf. Very pleased with this purchase.
Hat fits nice has a great style. But in terms of breathability I find it lacks. Feels like my head runs really hot when wearing it. But overall seems to be a decent hat.

Ordered 3 hats April 6. Two arrived some weeks later with an invoice that says all 3 should have been included. Multiple emails to your only point of contact. No responses and still no 3rd hat. Terrible customer service.
Love the hats but my only complaint is they’re a little small. I have to adjust them to the final two snaps.
You can tell when you see and feel the hat that it is very durable and high quality.

Excellent Quality Hats!
Unimpressed... 2-5 day delivery took over three weeks. The gimicky stick on foam pieces that supposedly stick to the snap back don't stick at all. Rigid feel, not worth $65.

Hats fit small. I am a L/xl flex fit usually. These hats do not adjust enough for people with larger heads. Gave the hats away. Do not buy if you fit a larger hat expecting them to adjust enough
