I like the hat, but it didn’t show up with the Canadian flag on it and that didn’t impress me!😡😳
Purchased this cap summer 2025, proudly wore it everywhere on my excursions and trips. Stays on firm, breathable and weather resistant. Cleans easily when needed. Definitely recommend

I ordered two black hats with the Canada logo 2 months ago. I absolutely love the quality and the hat was a perfect fit. But it came in the wrong colour. I emailed them and didn’t get a response for about a month. They ask me to take a picture of the blue hats and they would sent me the right Color. They also apologized for taking so long to respond. Unfortunately I haven’t heard anything for a month. So quality of the hats are a five star,customer service not so great. Still waiting for my black hats that I ordered in January.
Canadian flag is glued on with Elmer's school glue. It fell off day 2. I've written them multiple times with no response. The "low profile" hats aren't even close to low profile either. Don't be fooled. Stay away.

Shipping was lil longer than they first said but they explained they had a manufacturing problem. Other than that everything else was exceptional

Hats are very good quality. That being said, it took forever for them to ship and customer service never responded to any email that was sent to them. Would not buy again just because of that.
The hat(s) are awesome. I was very disappointed with customer service after I received the delivery to find only one hat when I’d ordered 2. I sent 3 separate emails to see how it would get sorted out. There is no customer service phone number and I was beginning to think it was all a scam. My last email was to notify that if I didn’t get a response I’d report it to RBC Visa. The next day I got a reply and the other hat was shipped. Pretty bad service I’d say.
You could actually send the one I ordered. You sent a black one and I order cement and blue. Very very disappointing as you have ignored my requests to make good on my order.
Don't buy a hat if you're unsure of the fit. I have been trying to get ahold of the company to return a hat, but they don't have a phone number listed and I've used their email and contact form many times, with no response. Terrible customer service and I feel like I have been conned.
