This hat is amazing. 4 plus weeks with it. 2 of those weeks in Costa Rica and sweating a lot and NO sweat ring at the base. Great product!!!

Bought one a few months ago which is the one on the left I like the style of the old hat much better so much so that I ordered more without realizing you guys changed the way you made them kind of disappointed but they are still nice hats
Use it as a work hat and it gets covered in grease and dirt but comes off with just a wet cloth. Love it

I purchased an order of 4 hats and only 3 were delivered. I have contacted customer service 3 times, and have not received a reply. There is nothing wrong with the hats, but where is the customer support???

Placed my order April 14th and the hats showed the estimated delivery to be a week to a week and a half on the website. I paid for expedited delivery as I was so excited for these hats. It is May 2nd and the hats have not shipped yet. April 20th I received an email saying "your order is on the way" but when I click it just says a label has been created . Emailed the company over a week ago with no reply. Very disappointing and feels like I wasted my money hopefully it shows up eventually.

The hat’s great quality but I find it sits high on my head. I’m at 3 nubs used on the back, but just doesn’t stay down.
Good hat. The confirmation email I received said “If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at info@agheadwear.com” When I received the email and realized I could have ordered 2 different (trucker & low-pro) I emailed back to request the 2 different versions instead of the 2 of the same. Never received a response. Then I got an email notifying me I would be receiving complimentary snap-back foam pads in my order. Never received them. Then I got my first request to review the product. Then I got my second request so instead of writing a bad review I emailed again to provide the info about my experience so far. Again, no reply. I’ve since seen online they’re terrible with communication. But, I keep getting requests to review, so here it is.
Great hat, took about 6 weeks to get her though.
My order was incorrect, and despite MULTIPLE attempts to contact the company they have just ignored me. These hats are expensive and this co.pany doesn't care about customers, they just want your money. The hats are not that nice, and defintiely not worth $60, especially since this company doesn'tcare about your business. Spend your money elsewhere.

This is a great hat!, fits well cleans easily and looks great. It is not just another cheep hat, it is high quality and looks like its going to last. I wanted a hat with a Canadian flag because although i try to avoid politics I wanted to make sure I wasnt mistaken for some of the small minority of people who are not proud to be Canadians. This hat is perfect to go with any outfit.

You got my order wrong and I've made multiple attempts to contact your customer service to make ot right but I have been ignored. I've never seen worse customer service. Will never spend another cent on AG Headwear
I know it's a me problem but the hats fit very small. I normally wear an L/xl in a form fit. Wasn't able to use them so gave them away
Shape of hat of hat is terrible with peak in front unless you have a head shaped like a toaster. Consider a redesign that more closely contours a natural head shape.
